Green phones by Sony Ericsson

Here are some green phones (well not green color) but these phones are environmental friendly made of recycled plastic and devoid of all the harmful materials and hazardous chemicals.Sony Ericsson's Elm and Hazel (yes these are the names of new phones ;) will be out in the market soon.Scheduled to be out in second quarter of 2010.The Hazel and Elm also feature a Walk Mate eco application, a green calculator and a low power consumption charger (called EP300 GreenHeart).

The Sony Ericsson Elm resembles a chocolate bar and have a curvaceous base.It will be available starting the first quarter of 2010, in two color versions (Metal Black and Pearly Rose).

This one is a slider phone, with all the features of Elm available except that the main difference is that its QVGA display is bigger – 2.6 inches. The phone  will be available from Q2 2010, in Superior Black and Passionate Rouge.

Hold on theres more to Elm and Hazel , both are splash resistant.Quite a phone both are !.They also sport the Stereo Portable Handsfree HPM-60J (also part of the GreenHeart family of products).
